Nutritional Wellness incorporates the use of natural, organic whole foods and nutritional supplements to detoxify, rebuild, and balance the whole person with an awareness of how these dietary choices are interrelated not only with the condition of our physical body, but our emotions and mental capabilities, as well as interconnection with the environment.

Solving nutritional problems means that you need to change your lifestyle and the real difficulty of changing is not one of “not knowing” but rather of “not doing.”  To change, you must act. You must do something different.  Change one lifestyle habit for another.  Understanding alone is not sufficient.  The doing is the hard part. That is where The Nutritional Wellness Program comes into play.

What is required is guidance and intentional daily effort. You must focus on your goals and begin the effort of change.  Then, do it all day long, everyday, until the goal is reached. This effort must be done mindfully. Solving nutritional problems requires effort plus self-correction. It is important to note that this is self-correction…not self-criticism.  Self-correction uses information to help you refocus and begin again.  Self-criticism uses information to rob you of energy and stop the process of change. This means you must observe yourself in the process and when you wander away from the task (which you will) I will be there to gently guide you back and to begin again. Eventually, with guidance, support, and intentional effort, you will reach your goal.

This program will provide for you:

·        A review of your entire health history, past and current eating styles, your health concerns, and health intentions, as well as your relationships, family commitments, career, dreams, desires, and aspirations.

·        Individualized assessment of  which Vitamins, Minerals, and Amino Acid supplements are recommended for your unique body type.

·        Informative and practical ways to incorporate healthy self-care and lifestyle changes into your daily life through a Wellness Inventory Assessment.

·        An action plan to nurture your physical, mental, emotional, and environmental health with guided support to keep you on track with your goals.

·        Suggestions and Recommendations of how to incorporate your accomplished healthy lifestyle principles into the workplace, community, and world-wide.

·        Seasonal checkups and workshops to further educate and support you in your lifestyle changes.
